外師職責 · Teacher responsibilities

外師工作內容Foreign Teacher Responsibilities

中外師協同教學，提升課程、教學與評量品質，營造沉浸式英語環境。Foreign and local teachers work together to improve curriculum, instruction, assessment, and immersive learning.

協同授課Co-teaching

每週工作 5 天、每天 8 小時；每週以 20 節課為原則。Five days and eight hours per day, with about 20 co-taught lessons each week.

會議與專業發展Meetings and Professional Development

參與教學會議、專業發展、課外活動與計畫推動。Participate in teaching meetings, professional development, activities, and program planning.

營造沉浸式環境Immersive Environment

透過多元活動提升學生英語能力、興趣與信心。Use diverse activities to strengthen students’ ability, interest, and confidence.

備課與教學準備Lesson Preparation
